Ingredients

Apple Spice Breakfast Bake
  • 2 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Apple Crumb Pie
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 4 cups liquid egg whites
  • 3 apples ( I used fresh Spencer- diced, with the skin on)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400° F
