Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Bake

It is time to get excited about breakfast again. If you are not a morning person this banana cake will brighten your day up as well as your diet.



Ingredients

Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Bake
  • 4 scoops Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cake Batter flavor
  • 4 cups oatmeal
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 cups liquid egg whites
  • 4 sliced bananas (I used bananas that weighed about 100g each after they were peeled)
  • 6 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 15 drops liquid stevia (more or less to taste) - I loved using English Toffee flavor for this one!

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400° F

Mix EVERYTHING together Pour batter into a sprayed 9x13"

Bake for 45-55 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean/ the center doesn't jiggle)
