Banana Chocolate Chip Pruffins

The combination of banana and chocolate make for a delicious treat that is sure to be a favorite. Perfect for snacking in between meals, and low in fat without sacrificing taste.



Ingredients

Banana Chocolate Chip Pruffins
  • 2 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Ice Cream Sandwich flavor
  • 1 cup oat flour(I just blended oats in a blender until a flour-consistency)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 container nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt (5.3 oz size)
  • 12 tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 cup almond milk (or skim, or whatever you may like)
  • 2 mashed VERY ripe medium bananas
  • 1 dropper of liquid Stevia
  • 4 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

Mix EVERYTHING (except the chocolate chips) together until you get thick, batter consistency.

Add the chocolate chips to the batter and stir in well

Pour batter into 12 cupcake spots on a lined cupcake or sprayed baking tray Bake at 350 degrees ~18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
