Berry Breakfast Bake

Do you have a craving for a pastry first thing in the morning but need a healthy meal? Try our Berry Breakfast Bake for breakfast or even an afternoon snack.



Ingredients

Berry Breakfast Bake
  • 2 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cake Batter flavor
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 cups liquid egg whites
  • 2 cups mixed berries ( I used a frozen mix from Costco, thawed, of raspberries, blueberries & blackberries)
  • 15 drops liquid stevia (more or less to taste)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400° F

Pour Batter into heated waffle iron until cooked.

Serving Suggestions

Makes 4 Servings.

Mix EVERYTHING together

Pour batter into a sprayed 9x13". Bake for 45-55 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean/ the center doesn't jiggle)
