Berry Protein Pancake

Rejuvenate your bland morning routine with these light fluffy pancakes. This quick and easy to follow recipe will take you more time to eat than to actually cook.



Ingredients

Berry Protein Pancake
  • 1/2 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cake Batter flavor
  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 cup oat flour (literally just blend/grind up 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal) 1/4 cup berries (I used the frozen mixed kind from Costco- I think the extra liquid from the berries defrosting while cooking helps)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly

Pour onto a sprayed/greased pan cook over med/med-hi heat.

Flip when bubbly (and do a better job flipping than I did!)
