White Chocolate Chunk Protein Brownies
Here is a chocolaty treat that will have your sweet tooth screaming for more. Enjoy these moist, fudgy protein brownies for desert while staying within your macros.
Ingredients

- 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Chocolate or Rocky Road flavor
- 1 cup oat flour(I just blended oats in a blender until a flour-consistency)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 6 Tbsp egg whites
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup almond milk (or skim, or whatever you may like)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 droppers of liquid Stevia
- 1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips
Cooking Instructions
Mix EVERYTHING (except the chocolate chips) together until you get thick, batter consistency. Add the chocolate chips to the batter and stir in well
Pour batter into a sprayed or nonstick 9x13". Bake at 375 degrees ~18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
