Chocolate Mint Brownies

The classic combo of chocolate and mint baked into a warm brownie seems like it has to be cheating. Try these mouthwatering goodies for a healthy desert.



Ingredients

Chocolate Mint Brownies
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Chocolate Mint flavor
  • 1 cup oat flour (I just blended oats in a blender until a flour-consistency)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 6 Tbsp egg whites
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup almond milk (or skim, or whatever you may like)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 droppers of liquid Stevia
  • 1/2 cup Nestlė Tollhouse Delightfuls - Dark Chocolate Morsels with Mint Filling

Cooking Instructions

Mix EVERYTHING (except the chocolate chips) together until you get thick, batter consistency.

Add the chocolate chips to the batter and stir in well

Pour batter into a sprayed or nonstick 9x13"

Bake at 375 degrees ~18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
