Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Shake
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Peanut Butter flavor
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim milk 1/2 cup Arctic Zero - Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor
  • 1 tbsp Jif Whips - Chocolate Peanut Butter

Cooking Instructions
