Cinnamon Bun Protein Mug Cake

Need something sweet quick fast and in a hurry? Here’s a recipe that can have a little cake in your stomach in less than 5 minutes flat.



Ingredients

Cinnamon Bun Protein Mug Cake
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 Tbsp skim milk
  • 4 Tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • festive sprinkles (totally optional, of course!)

Cooking Instructions

mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly

pour into a sprayed/greased large mug microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds

let cool for 1 minute

place on a plate upside down and the cake should easily pop out

I covered mine in SF Waldens Farm syrup. Enjoy!
