Cinnamon Peanut Butter Pronuts

Could you ever imagine donuts with frosting being a part of a healthy diet? Well this recipe is a sure fire way to make dieting easy and enjoyable.



Ingredients

Cinnamon Peanut Butter Pronuts
  • 1/2 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor
  • 1 cup oat flour(I just blended oats in a blender until a flour-consistency)
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 6 tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition protein powder - cinnamon bun flavor (FROSTING)
  • 1 Tbsp Nuts N' More Toffee Peanut Butter (FROSTING)
  • water as needed to make a thick frosting (FROSTING)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°

mix all of the donut ingredients together thoroughly drop into 4 donut tin spots

bake donuts for 10 minutes

let cool

frost!!!
