Cookie Butter Proatmeal

Nobody has time to waste in the morning, but let’s not let haste cause us to skip a meal or go the fast food route. Here is a super quick and easy breakfast or snack on the go.



Ingredients

Cookie Butter Proatmeal
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor was the one I felt like using today.
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Biscoff Cookie Butter
  • water as needed to make oatmeal as you usually do

Cooking Instructions

Mix EVERYTHING together microwave for 1 minute and 15seconds Stir well, and even add a swirl of sugar-free syrup Throw it in some Tupperware & you've got an easy meal for on-the-go!
