Double Chocolate Mint Mini Cakes

These gooey, rich cup cakes will melt in your mouth. Easy to make and even easier going down. Follow the instructions and enjoy a chocolate treat in 15 minutes flat.



Ingredients

Double Chocolate Mint Mini Cakes
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Chocolate Mint flavor
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup egg whites - I used Muscle Egg chocolate mint flavor
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 packet of Splenda
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or skim, or whatever you may like)
  • 6 dark chocolate Hershey's kisses

Cooking Instructions

Mix EVERYTHING (except the kisses) together until you get thick, batter consistency

Pour batter into a sprayed or nonstick muffins tins

Bake for 12 minutes at 325° As the cakes are cooling, gently press a kiss on top
