Double Chocolate Mint Chip Muffins

These scrumptious, moist, guilt-free muffins are a great way to get that chocolate fix while staying on the healthy eating wagon. Try these chocolate studded tidbits now.


Double Chocolate Mint Chip Muffins
  • 2 scoops Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Chocolate Mint flavor
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 6 Tbsp egg whites - I used Muscle Egg chocolate mint flavor
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1/2 cup almond milk (or skim, or whatever you may like)
  • 1/2cup honey
  • 4 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

Mix EVERYTHING (except the chocolate chips) together until you get thick, batter consistency.

Add the chocolate chips to the batter and stir in well

Pour batter into a sprayed or nonstick muffins tins

Bake for 10 minutes at 350

Makes 12 regular-sized muffins or 24 mini muffins
