If I don't want to give my credit card information online, are there other ways to order?

If you are hesitant about placing your order online, you may place your order over the phone by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-610-619-0005.

Is my credit card information secure when I order from musclegauge.com?

We are a Secure Site, which means your confidential information is also protected. We want you to feel confident and comfortable that your purchase is transacted with the utmost security. We employ the Internet's strongest security technology in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The transactions are protected by the highest levels of encryption available to ensure security and privacy. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on Muscle Gauge Nutrition’s secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

How can I view the Supplement Facts or Nutrition Facts for an item?

All of our product offerings have detailed supplement/nutrition facts available. Click on the Supplement Facts or Nutrition Facts link under the product image on the product page to view or click on the image of the nutritional facts on the product page.

I want to order a product, but you do not seem to carry it. Is there a way you can start carrying it?

We love to hear your product recommendations and requests, please forward all request to info@musclegauge.com . That request goes to our product development department for review.  Several of our current products have been launched due to direct consumer feedback.

What is your policy on product availability?

Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice. Musclegauge.com is not responsible for typographical errors or misprints.

 

Ordering and Payment FAQ’s

I would like to place an order over the phone. How can I do that?

You can place an order over the phone by calling 610-619-0015 during our customer service center 9am-5pm eastern time Monday through Friday.

Do I need to set up an account to shop at musclegauge.com?

You will not need to set up an account if you want to buy products online. However, If you do set up an account you will receive additional discounts and promotions not listed on the site.

Adding Items to the Shopping Cart 

To add any item to your shopping cart, just click on the "Add to Cart" or “Buy” button when displayed next to a product. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout process.

Checking out 

When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your shopping cart, click on "Checkout" to send us your order. You'll then be prompted to enter your email and a password, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. We'll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation email. And Yes It's really that easy!

I just placed an order and would like to change the address I used for shipping. Can I do this?

Yes, you may change the shipping address on your order assuming that the order has not shipped. Please contact our customer service line at 610-619-0015

I am placing an order, but one or more of the items is on backorder. When will I receive my order?

If any of your items are on backorder, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock. If you wish, however, you do have the option of splitting your order, so that the in stock items will ship automatically, and then the backorder item/items will ship when they come in. Be aware, however, that you will be charged standard shipping charges on each shipment. If you would like to split your order, please let the customer service associate know or call 610-619-015

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  You may also pay by check or money order when placing your order by mail.

I order the same products each time. Can I be set up to receive them automatically?

Shipping and delivery FAQ’s

What are the domestic shipping options?

Standard Shipping

  • 3-6 business days
  • Monday - Saturday delivery
  • Packages weighing between 1 and 10 lbs may arrive via either UPS or USPS
  • Rural areas may take additional time
  • Delivery to PO Boxes will always be from USPS

UPS Ground

  • 2-5 business days
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Available in select areas

UPS 2nd Day Air 

  • 2 business days
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Orders must be placed by 1:30pm EST for expedited shipping

UPS Next Day 

  • 1 business day, before 10:30 a.m.
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Orders must be placed by 1:30pm EST for expedited shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 3-5 business days here at Muscle Gauge we pride ourselves in providing the freshest product possible, most products are made to order or are often made within 3-5 days prior to the product purchase.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders will be shipped from Muscle Gauge Nutrition’s manufacturing plant located at 893 S. Matlack St. Suite 140 West Chester, PA 19382

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order. If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your order confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Care Center will be able to track your package for you. Just call 610-619-0015.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address. For phone orders, simply notify the customer service associate that you wish to ship your order to another address.

How are orders shipped to FPO, APO and PO Boxes?

Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and PO boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
