Fudge Mint Mug Cake

Is it possible to have a fudgy decadent treat with 30 grams of protein and almost no fat? Well we’ve got the answer for you. Enjoy this rich chocolate treat that only takes a couple minutes to make.


Fudge Mint Mug Cake
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Chocolate or Mint flavor
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda 2 Tbsp skim milk
  • 4 Tbsp liquid egg whites - I used Muscle Egg in chocolate mint flavor
  • 2 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt

Cooking Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly

Pour into a sprayed/greased large mug microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds

Let cool for 1 minute

Place on a plate upside down and the cake should easily pop out

I put a dollop of plain Greek yogurt mixed with a dash of protein powder on top
