Maple Cinnamon Protein Cheesecake

If we told you that this cheesecake taste even better than it looks and was also zero fat, you probably wouldn’t believe us. So here is the secret formula, try it for yourself.


Maple Cinnamon Protein Cheesecake
  • 2 scoops Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor
  • 2 8-ounce packages fat free cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 Tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar free syrup (I used the Log Cabin brand today)

Cooking Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly pour into a sprayed tin dust lightly with coconut sugar and a swirl of more syrup bake at 250°F for 25 minutes

Bake for another 55 minutes at 300°F
