Ingredients

Maple Vanilla Shake
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim milk 1/2 cup Arctic Zero - Maple Vanilla flavor
  • 1 tbsp Jif Whips - Peanut Butter
  • A small squeeze of sugar free syrup
