Oatmeal Cranberry Protein Cookies

How would we describe these bite sized healthy treats in one word? Scrumptious! Each cookie had 7 grams of protein and a whole batch only takes 1o minutes to bake.



Ingredients

Oatmeal Cranberry Protein Cookies
  • 3 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 9 Tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce 2 Tbsp Jif Pumpkin Spice Whips Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375° F

Mix EVERYTHING together Drop batter evenly onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 10 minutes

Let cool for 10 minutes
