Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
The added peanut butter flavor makes this recipe stand out from the average cookie. All of the Cookie Monsters can indulge in these chocolate chip treats without feeling guilty.
Ingredients

- 4 scoops Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- I used Vanilla flavor this time
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup chocolate PB2 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- dash of cinnamon
- 12 tbsp liquid egg whites
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp skim milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce a few drops of English Toffee liquid stevia (totally optional, of course!)
- 5 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
mix all of the dry ingredients together thoroughly
add the wet ingredients to the dry & combine well
drop on 2 cookie trays bake cookies for 10-11 minutes
