Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

The perfect comfort food has just been given a healthy upgrade. Soft and chewy just like grandma used to make them but now packed with protein.



Ingredients

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
  • 4 scoops Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened chunky apple sauce
  • 2 cups of light almond milk (or skim milk, etc.)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of raisins

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F

Mix EVERYTHING together Use spoons or a cookie dropper to place cookies on lined baking trays

Bake for 10-12 minutes
