Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Lava Mug Cake

The words yummy, chocolaty, and peanut buttery, still do not do this recipe justice. Prepare to be blown away by your first warm bite of this mug cake.



Ingredients

Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Lava Mug Cake
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Peanut Butter flavor
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 Tbsp skim milk
  • 4 Tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Jif Whips - chocolate peanut butter flavor
  • Festive sprinkles (totally optional, of course!)

Cooking Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly (except the peanut butter)

Pour 1/2 the batter into a sprayed/greased large mug drop half of the PB on top, then cover with the remaining batter

Microwave for ~1 minute 40 seconds

Let cool for 1 minute

Place on a plate upside down and the cake should easily pop out

Cover the cake in the remaining PB and it will melt!
