Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

These sweet protein packed munchies only take minutes to make and will satisfy your snack cravings in a healthy way. Try this scrumptious recipe, great for snacking on the go.



Ingredients (Makes 32 Servings)

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
  • 4 scoops Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Vanilla Flavor
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup PB2 (I particularly love using the chocolate peanut butter flavor!)
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 cup & 2+Tbsp of light almond milk (or skim milk, etc.)
  • 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F

Mix EVERYTHING together Use spoons or a cookie dropper to place cookies on lined baking trays. Bake for 10-11 minutes. Enjoy!
