PB Swirl Protein Cheesecake

Wow a Protein Cheesecake recipe? This is almost too good to be true! And did we mention only 3 grams of fat? This dish won’t last 20 minutes at a dinner party guaranteed.


PB Swirl Protein Cheesecake
  • 2 scoops Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Peanut Butter flavor
  • 2 8-ounce packages fat free cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 Tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 3 Tbsp Jif whips - chocolate flavor

Cooking Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly (EXCEPT PB- save that!)

Pour into a sprayed tin swirl in the PB (I then dusted mine with unsweetened cocoa powder)

Bake at 250°F for 25 minutes

Bake for another 45 minutes at 300°F
