Healthy High Protein Cinnamon Coffee Cake

If you think there's no room for a "sweet treat" in your healthy eating plan, think again. This coffee cake is high in protein, with only 194 calories per serving.


Protein Coffee Cake
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Cinnamon Whey Protein Isolate (or flavor of choice!)
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup black brewed coffe (depending on how strong your coffe is)
  • 2 tbs apple sauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle on top
  • Optional peanut butter to swirl on top

Cooking Instructions

Blend all ingredients together well except cinnamon topping and peanut butter topping. Pour into 2 greased or oiled up ramekins. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and swirl in optional peanut butter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
