Ingredients

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- cake batter flavor
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F

Mix EVERYTHING together Drop batter evenly onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 12-15 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean)
