Overnight Pumpkin Oatmeal

It might not look good but it sure does taste good. Prepare a batch of this healthy & hearty oatmeal and make breakfast simple and nutritious.



Ingredients

Overnight Pumpkin Oatmeal
  • 2 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 15-oz can pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk 3 cups water

Cooking Instructions

Mix EVERYTHING together Pour into a slow cooker

Cook for 6-8 hours on low
