Ingredients

Pumpkin Protein Waffles
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- cinnamon bun flavor
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 6 Tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Cooking Instructions

Mix everything together.

Pour Batter into heated waffle iron until cooked.

Serving Suggestions

Makes 2 Waffles.

Serve with whipped fat free cream cheese, mixed with cinnamon, and sugar free syrup, and enjoy!
