Pumpkin Spice French Toast

Is there anything better for Sunday morning breakfast than French Toast? This easy to follow recipe with a healthy twist will be a sure fire favorite.



Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice French Toast
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor
  • 2 slices of Ezekiel Bread
  • 1/2 cup Muscle Egg liquid egg whites - pumpkin spice flavor

Cooking Instructions

Mix powder & egg whites together. Dredge the slices of bread in the mixture for ~1 minute on each side or until the batter is fully soaked into to bread (TIP: this is easiest if done in a big bowl or on a large dish)

Place soaked slices in a sprayed or nonstick pan on medium or medium-high heat

Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side

Serving Suggestions

Served with sugar-free maple syrup and dusted with cinnamon
