White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Loaf

Not only does this Pumpkin spice loaf taste incredible, but the aroma will leave your house smelling just as delicious. Here’s a recipe to keep you warm on those fall evenings.



Ingredients

White Chocolate Pumkin Spice Loaf
  • 3 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Vanilla flavor
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 6 Tbsp egg whites
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 2 droppers of liquid Stevia
  • 5 Tbsp white chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

Mix EVERYTHING (except the chocolate chips) together until you get thick, batter consistency.

add the chocolate chips to the batter and stir in well

Pour batter into a sprayed or nonstick cake pan (I did mine in mini loaf pans)

Bake at 350 degrees ~30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
