Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice Milkshake
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cake Batter flavor
  • 1 cup of skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Whips (made by Jif)
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

Blend everything together until frothy, then pour & drink!
