Pumpkin Spice Mini Pronuts

Getting addicted to these delicious little bite sized treats might not be such a bad thing. These taste exactly like munchkins but they are so much better for you.



Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice Mini Pronuts
  • 3 scoops Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor
  • 1 cup oatmeal flour (no need to buy anything fancy – just blend up your regular oatmeal and measure out 1 cup!) 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • dash of ground cloves 6 Tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° or preheat a cake pop appliance

mix all of the dry ingredients together thoroughly

add the wet ingredients to the dry & combine well

drop into cake pop tins (you can find these at many places, like target for kitchen capers for some supermarkets) that are sprayed,or in your cake pop appliance

bake for ~5-6 minutes

Makes 24 donut holes

Oh yeah. You better believe I rolled in a mixture of cinnamon & stevia! Enjoy!
