Red Velvet Pancakes

Treat yourself or a special someone to a sweet and healthy breakfast in bed this week. Any day is a great day for pancakes and this recipe makes them extra special.



Ingredients

Red Velvet Pancakes
  • 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cake Batter flavor
  • 42 grams (~1/3 cup) Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 7 drops red food dye (or more to your color preference)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Cooking Instructions

Mix EVERYTHING together Pour batter onto pan/griddle over medium heat & flip when bubbly

Of course I had to top these with fat-free Cool Whip and seasonally-appropriate sprinkles
