Find us one person who doesn’t love a soft, doughy cinnamon donut especially when they’re packed with protein. Indulge in these healthy pastries with all of the taste and none of the guilt.



Ingredients

Snicker Doodle Pronuts
  • 2 scoops Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Cinnamon Bun flavor
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil

Frosting Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Cinnamon & Splenda to taste

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°

Mix all of the donut ingredients together thoroughly

Drop into 10 greased/sprayed donut tin spots

Bake donuts for 10-12minutes

Let cool for 10 minutes

Dip donuts in frosting/glaze mix

Makes 10 frosted donuts
