Sweet Potato Rosemary

Here is a popular holiday recipe that has zero fat! This loaf is the perfect way to be a little more health conscious around Thanksgiving.



Ingredients

Sweet Potato Rosemary
  • 90 grams of Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate- Vanilla flavor
  • 135 grams cooked sweet potato (insider tip: as weird as it may sound, if you want a nice shortcut, you could always buy jarred baby food of sweet potato – it saves you from having to boil and mash whole sweet potatoes!) 300 grams liquid egg whites 75 grams oat flour
  • 15 grams psyllium husks
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

mix all of the dry ingredients together well

add the wet ingredients to the dry mix and stir until batter-like

pour into a loaf baking tin (I did mine in 2 sprayed mini loaf pans)

bake until a toothpick comes out clean

let cool in tins before serving
